Could you somehow make part of your skull breathable as needed for example or (once the cause of the pressure is better understood we could go after that cause)? If data is over threshold, the reader would automatically trigger the patient's smart phone, which would have an app that autodials a 24-hour telemedicine service and uploads the data. (There are some Bluetooth transmission limitations to be dealt with.)
