"Smart Drugs" like Adderall and Modafinil college students have been taking to help give them an edge throught school. I think Piracetam as someone mentioned is a good start. These racetam supplements work on the Glutamate and Acetycholine receptors and help with learning, memory, focus, coordination and sometimes mood. Also, the Ampakine drug class looks very interesting but are not available and being researched by two large pharmaceutical giants

Piracetam looks even more promising. It has helped people with learning problems like dyslexia. It will be interesting to see further research on this molecule. I will be looking into it

P.S. And speaking of memory, how many here remember Mind-X? I was happy to see my favorite site out of the hospital and back on line. The only trouble is, I barely recognize it. That'd be okay--things change and we have to adapt--but I can't help but wonder if it was "Ramona" who designed this site. (Maybe, it's just me, and I will have to adapt to the changes.) Anyway, so glad to see so names of dear old friends. Happy Holidays and the best in 2012. Affectionately, Harvard
