James, I feel your view of an evolving universe received less attention than it deserved. For myself, when I read you book I was delighted to find an approach that harmonised with my own ideas and brought back to life a cosmos condemned to lifelessness by wave after wave of physics, metaphysics and the second law of thermodynamics. What I love best about your idea was how scalable it is - it brings the evolution of life on Earth into a harmonic resonance with that of the universe out of which we have formed. Thanks.
