Natasha Vita-More
Natasha
Vita-More is a cultural strategist and designer. She was the recipient of the
Brooks Museum Award, honored at “Women in Video,” and is receiving international
recognition for the "Primo Posthuman" future body prototype. Natasha
is listed in Who's Who in America 2006,
has been interviewed by Wired, Harper’s Bazaar, New York Times, U.S. News
& World Report, Net Business,
Teleopolis, and the Village Voice, and has appeared in more
than a dozen televised documentaries on the aesthetics of the future. Natasha
is President of Extropy Institute, a think tank on the future of technology.
She earned her BFA from the University of Memphis, MS in Future Studies from
the University of Houston, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University
of Plymouth’s Planetary Colloquium.
