When the people in a group humble themselves and consider others better than themselves, it will definitely increase collective intelligence. When the people in the group have big egos, it will hurt each other and reduce collective intelligence. Mutual encourage, respect and love for each other, and don't judge other is the key to increase collective intelligence. This is the biblical principle.
