On perusing the lab site, it would appear that site directed mutagenensis of the effector is required for binding of the targeting RNA.  Still easier than before, but not as easy as I&#039;m sure people were thinking.</description>

Exciting work though. Who needs nanobotic genomic therapies when you can have such elegant modalities as this. Perfect regulation of health is just around the corner!</description>
