Creating neurogenesis for yourself isn't expensive or difficult - there are many daily habits you can incorporate
that will upgrade your cognition. The oddest habit in this list is holding your breath underwater - this technique
is actually used by Yoshiro NakaMats - the world's greatest inventor - he writes his ideas down as he floats at the bottom of his pool.

From experience balance is a major p[art of good health.
Vitamins and minerals rally raised my intelligence.
35,000 years ago human brain size dropped.
But I see machines coming so they can do the intelligence while I go fishing

Green and black/oolong tea - been drinking daily for a couple of years
Carotid masking - done many times in the last 20 years
Dual N-back Test - discovered it last year, have since added vedic math to the mix
Running & Strength Training - expert status
St. John’s Wort - no will look into it
There are other tricks - some as good or better

So... other tricks? And vedic math? Elaborate?

Yes Vedic math is a good extension once you have mastered N-Back training
Mental calculation uses working memory and while N-Back will increase working memory its a useless and boring task
Mental calculation and vedic math on the other hand is very interesting and invaluable as a mental skill. So I suggest you master it after the N-Back training.
Another great method I discovered a couple of years back is a method of artistic training used by a famous French art teacher that trained Rodin and many others.
I have mentioned this before - he used the constraint principle explored by taub in neuroplasticity studies to train artists - or rather force them - to develop eidetic memory and intense visual imaging ability.
The training took six months and all subjects developed photographic memory. They first mastered the structural aspects of drawing using anatomical grids, perspective etc
Then they were forced to draw from memory and rigorously trained to do so with no cheating allowed for six months. Sadly the book he left as a legacy is crap to read but it should not be hard to implement for example the curve of forgetting and neuroplasticity principles to refine the method.
