		<description>Interesting. I was just reading about epigenetics - there is now evidence that genes mutate within the nucleus. Since DNA is complementary, or dually isomorphic to the environment, they might also compete with each other to form gene systems best able to survive in the external environment, within the cell itself. This could explain punctuated evolution and the formation of complex organic systems that could not have evolved their components separately.

Uh oh - the New Agers have been talking about 12 stranded DNA. Only eight more strands to go and we&#039;ll all be buying copies of The Secret ;&#039;)</description>
