Glenn Harlan Reynolds is a Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. He specializes in law and technology and constitutional law issues and has written for numerous law reviews, including the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and the High Technology Law Journal. His work has also appeared the New York Times, Washington Post, Washington Times, Los Angeles Times, and Wall Street Journal, among others. His most recent book is The Appearance of Impropriety: How the Ethics Wars Have Undermined American Government, Business, and Society (The Free Press, 1997) (coauthor). He has been the executive chairman of the National Space Society and a member of the White House Advisory Panel on Space Policy. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Foresight Institute.
