Since the first information in December, we have learned more about Google’s glasses, says 9to5 Google.
It looks something like Oakley Thumps, but with a camera and voice input/output, according to a tipster.
But the heads up display (for projecting information) is only for one eye and on the side.
Perhaps something similar to this:

So this will be the future, i like it
But where are the retina implants anticipated by Ray Kurzweil for 2010?

A camera looking back over your shoulder would be handy when walking through a bad neighborhood.

True, but an expensive wearable computer would not be handy when walking through a bad neighborhood. I think I’ll take my auto-driving car that day

Interesting stuff, but I’ll pass on putting a computer with wireless on my head… talk about brain polluting electromagnetic radiation.
Reminds me of that commercial, “this is your brain on drugs”. I think the frying pan analogy serves this case as well.
The EM radiation from a computer-on-the-head device would likely far exceed that of a cell phone. To get a sense of that, read Dr. Mercola’s piece about “Your Brain on a Cell Phone” http://wp.me/pA04z-ER
