		<description>Moot. As long as it constrain itself to the standards, I could make a chip at my backyard and it would still work. Of course it would only go as far as the architecture would max out, but you could max out virtually any architecture with the same chip. Which is bad for business. That, is a more interesting process to observe, when it gets killed.</description>
