		<description>The potential for abuse of such studies is considerable. It could lead rather directly to a Kommisariat of sociologists  adjudicating who is more worthy than others. 

There is much to be said for random uncontrolled study.  By definition, it looks where it shouldn&#039;t at times, and where the largest serendipitous payoffs actually occur.</description>
