Modi-Corp, a Japanese firm, has revealed its “Pius” build-it-yourself single-seat micro electric vehicle (EV).
The company expects that the Pius will be used as an educational tool to learn the basic functions and structure of an EV. They plan to sell it to universities, technology colleges, and car mechanics’ schools.
Modi also offers a service of embedding components in the vehicle so customers can use the vehicle to evaluate the components. Scheduled release: around spring of 2013. No word on price or release in the U.S.

GatorALLin, check out the Thrive. Com video, then check out Joe Papps noble gas engine, on you tube. One of the videos goes through the theory of how it works. Like a standard electric generato, it has a rotating magnetic field. This one is a charged vortex of noble gases. Just like in the Thrive video! Imagine never needing to charge your batteries!
