Tod Machover will give a keynote on Friday at the Music, Mind and Invention symposium at the College of New Jersey, which is in honor of Marvin Minsky, AI pioneer and “intellectual godfather” of the MIT Media Lab.

Machover he will speak about Minsky’s enormous influence on musical thought, smart machines, and out-of-the-box creativity.

Other invited speakers include Noam Elkies, Dmitri Tymoczko, Diana Deutsch, Eran Egozy, Gary Marcus, and Joshua Fineberg.
