ScienceOnline Together 2015

September 18, 2014

ScienceOnline Together 2015 will be an exciting opportunity for researchers, science journalists, videographers, developers, artists, science communicators, educators, and anyone with an interest in conducting, sharing, and communicating science on the web.

ScienceOnline Together 2015 registration includes:

  • 3 days of stimulating conversations with science-minded people in a user-generated program
  • Opportunities for pre-conference field trips and workshops on Wed afternoon (some may have an additional fee)
  • Rock-solid wifi
  • State-of-the-art conference center: The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center
  • Breakfast and lunch and snacks on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (ask people who have attended—we try to have delicious food for a variety of diets)
  • Coffee, tea, and beverages (this year including soda & juice!) non-stop throughout the day
  • Powerstrips in the session rooms!
  • Access to the special #scio15 Group Rate at the GA Tech Hotel & Conference Center

We’ll be having a SciKids Room again this year. This is an attendee-organized room for attendees with children. Parents, and those who want to help support them, can volunteer to help out for a time slot. Janet Stemwedel did an awesome job organizing Team Awesome for the past two years. This year Fernando Gonzalez will coordinate the schedule. Please let him know if you will be bringing a child (including age) or if you are interested in pitching in and covering the room for a time slot. For more info email Fernando: [email protected]
