SIGGRAPH | 2011 will be the 38th year of SIGGRAPH, the premier conference on computer graphics and interactive techniques. It includes a three-day commercial exhibition and the international SIGGRAPH Computer Animation Festival.

The conference will showcase the latest advances and developments in digital art, time-based art, scientific visualization, visual effects, real-time graphics, and narrative shorts. The Computer Animation Festival is an official qualifying event for the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Best Animated Short Film award.
