To me, this sounds like a "Brain Pathmaker". I think a "Storing-Releasing Machinery" storing fine-grained neurotransmitor-medicines would be great. This Machinery (That I described) can be enbedded in the Human Brain (therefore This is a Type of Cyborg-ization). I want to Quote Carl Sagan: " We are an intelligent species and the use of our intelligence quite properly gives us pleasure. In this respect the brain is like a muscle when it is in use we feel very good. Understanding is "joyous"." Through this technology (and Even Better Cyborg-izations in Near Future), More People (with Parkinson's Disease, and even Normal People) will Gain that "Joy" of Intelligence. This is a great news.
