A printing process which was developed in the desert that burns sand into 3-d glass objects does work, each layer must have sand thrown onto it then the solar deflector is narrow beamed into a single light beam and the burn commences again and again. The Quantum efficiency I believe could improve upon its radical options in such a way that a donut could be created but with motion of this donut like a nono-motor the spin would at intervals relative to the need of more to less power not cause overheating of the substract panel it is embedded into and permit a multitude of different arrays spinning at various intervals. Programability of the rows and columns would also generate a display of sorts which changes color like a Christmas Tree. The main point however is not the changing of colors, it is having more surface area exposed to sunlight than a single layered Quantum Dot Array because of the spinning donut. From a variable of zero spin to a maximum spin would encourage the flow of electrons to end result at a specific point of injection and speed up the flow as they break away from the donut 'angular deviation' control for different spin rates would be positioned for different charging purposes so you end up with not just one development but two or more depending on the size of the donut which would be capturing photons to convert to electrons. If all you needed were a single charge purpose like a radio a maximum spin would be all that is necessary, but if you wanted to store and listen to the radio two outputs would result from the total array because you have control in a dual spin array where in a single spin array all you have is one or a variable of that one spin.
