If Dan Buettner were 110 years old and looking as his picture on the cover, I would buy the book. My first question would be, "where do I buy some good genes?" If I don't have them already, then what? Next, as to good habits, e.g., eating properly, exercising, etc., etc., we already know all that but, do we practice same? My answer to the good life is music, music theory, art, read a lot, play golf and never hesitate to talk religion or politics. There, you didn't have to buy my book.
