Certainly, but people need to realise that adding Solar in their property is an asset that should improve the long term value of their property if / when they come to a decision to sell. With the environment the way it is going we simply cannot underestimate any item that provides free energy at no cost to both the consumer and more significantly the environment!

It might charge up your wristwatch by quitting time... Suggest you do the math - 1hp = 753Watts. Solar intensity on earth is <1000 W/sq.m. Average sedan sun-exposed area is <2sq.m.
2000W x 1% x 8hrs. good sun = 160 W-hour, or 10-hp for about a minute or so. Good luck driving to the store.

Sure, 1% doesn't sound like much, but when you can cover the entire surface of a sedan and park it out in the lot all day under the fierce Arizona sun, it just might charge up your car by quitting time.
