UFO cult endorses brain transplants

RAEL, founder of Clonaid, the first human cloning company, and self-described “Messenger of Infinity” and “brother of Jesus,” announced today he has given his support to Professor Robert White of Cleveland, Ohio, who hopes to perform brain and human head transplants.

White recently announced he has transplanted a whole monkey’s head onto another monkey’s body. The animal survived for some time after the operation.

Clonaid is owned by the Raelian movement, a religious cult that believes all humans are cloned from a group of alien scientists from another planet. At a secret U.S. location in March, Clonaid began work on creating the world’s first cloned baby for an unnamed couple, which have paid £300,000.

“Similar to cloning, politically correct media who are unconsciously manipulated by Judeo-Christian taboos, once again speak of ‘Frankenstein’ or monsters as they did for cloning or in vitro fertilization,” says RAEL. “What is the problem though if one of Prof. Whyte’s patients, who happens to be a quadriplegic and wants to escape from his infernal condition, is a candidate to have his head transplanted onto the body of a volunteer whose head had been destroyed by an accident?”

Brain-transplant enthusiasts may want to check out Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences this week for a study by Johns Hopkins Childrens Center. Researchers there found the molecular “footprint” of a retrovirus in the cerebrospinal fluid and brain tissue of 30 percent of people with acute schizophrenia.

Picture this: a quadriplegic finds himself suddenly endowed with a schizophrenic’s transplanted brain: is reality finally catching up with science fiction?
