2011 International Consumer Electronics Show

August 4, 2010

The International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is the world’s largest educational forum for consumer electronics companies to expand their businesses and understand new technology. Approximately 300 sessions and 900 expert speakers encompass International CES conference tracks and SuperSessions to discuss industry trends and topics. More than 120,000 people attended the 2009 CES, and similar numbers are expected this year. The keynote address will be given on January 5th by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer.

The International CES is produced by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the largest trade association promoting the consumer technology industry. CEA represents more than 2,000 corporate members involved in the design, development, manufacturing, distribution and integration of consumer electronics products. All profits from CES are reinvested into industry services, including technical training and education, industry promotion, engineering standards development, market research and legislative advocacy.
