In Tehran, Iran, the International Nanotechnology Festival will take place from October 25th to October 29th.  The event is held by the Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council.  Sub-events include a Nano Awards Ceremony, a public and an industrial show, workshops, and an exhibition.  The conference’s mission is to contribute to the commercialization of nanotechnology, increase public knowledge of nanotech, foster research linkages and collaborations in the nanotechnology field, and introduce industrial and research potentials in the field to the market.
