The Economist | On February 16-17 2011 The Economist convened our first annual Intelligent Infrastructure event bringing together nearly five hundred top industry leaders, academics, government officials, architects, journalists, engineers, systems thinkers and global innovators to discuss the massive infrastructure challenges the world has ahead of it.

Over one and a half days, 68 of the world’s leading thinkers led captivating discussions on energy, architecture, information, transportation, finance, and cities of the future.

Our second annual Ideas Economy: Intelligent Infrastructure will take place on February 15-16, 2012 in Portland, Oregon and build on last year’s success.
