On October 21st, 2010, the world’s first summit on Immersive Technology will be held at the Los Angeles Center Studios for the researchers of Immersive Tech to collaborate on themes of innovation, applications, and future development.

There will be panels and talks from industry leaders on brain-control interfaces, augmented reality, virtual worlds, haptic devices, gesture controls, and interact with live product demos. “Immersive Tech” refers to software and devices that blur the barrier between the physical and digital world, thereby creating an “immersive” experience with technology. The conference will be hosted by ImTech, a non-profit organization that aims to promote the development and adoption of immersive technology.
